Director of Communications

The Director of Communications oversees the department’s communications program, coordinating communications that strengthen visibility among key audiences. Specific tasks include strategic event planning, oversee website strategy, content writing, branding, graphic design, alumni and donor relations, and other special projects.

The Communications Specialist provides support for many of the communications functions in the department, including maintaining the website, developing content, managing social media, planning and promoting departmental events, producing internal newsletters, and other related efforts.
