Augusto graduated from the School of Medicine at University of Buenos Aires in 2016 and specialized in Internal Medicine through 2022. Between 2022 and 2024, he completed his Master of Public Health - Epidemiology degree at University of Washington with the sponsorship of the Fulbright Foreign Students program, and he is currently continuing his studies as a doctoral student in the same institution. His research areas are focused on older adults' health, healthy aging, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and the use of pharmacoepidemiology methods and causal inference frameworks to address complex epidemiologic issues.
