Jalen plays a critical role in facilitating our department’s success in meeting our equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) goals outlined in our Strategic Plan, and provides continuity across Epi’s groups and teams toward implementing an anti-racist/EDI-focused lens across the full student lifecycle, while more broadly strengthening community engagement and partnerships.
