Research Interests

Dr. Mike Jackson is an infectious disease epidemiologist. His research focuses on the use of vaccines to control epidemics. He conducts studies on the vaccine safety, vaccine effectiveness, and the expected impact of vaccination programs. He also develops epidemiologic methods for vaccine effectiveness studies. Dr. Jackson has been a scientist at the Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute (KPWHRI) since 2010.
