Madalitso Khwepeya is an MPH student in the Department of Epidemiology. She had previously obtained her Master's and PhD degrees in nursing science from Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. Her work experience spans from core nursing clinical practice, where she held a deputy in charge of the maternity department position in Malawi for four years, to managing research projects in medical education at Chang Gung Medical Education Research Centre, Taiwan. Her research experience and passion are in the use of quantitative epidemiological methods to find solutions to perinatal mental health in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
