Epi Student Commons and Epi Lounge
The Epi Student Commons (F-257) is a central hub for you to study, meet with classmates, and relax. The space includes couches, built-in counters (for sitting and standing), monitors that you can plug your laptops into, student mailboxes, a small group meeting area with a conference table and chairs, and small cubbies that you can use to temporarily store your stuff while in the Commons.
Epi Student Commons connects directly to the Epi Lounge in F-253, which includes kitchen facilities.
You are welcome to use Epi Student Commons and the Epi Lounge after hours and on the weekends. In order to access these spaces after-hours, you will need an access card to enter the building. To obtain an after-hours card to the Health Sciences Building (including Health Sciences Library and South Campus Center), please email Matt Anderson in Epidemiology at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Quiet Study Space
One of the cubicle spaces in T-341 (cubicle “H”) has been set aside to be used as drop-in desk space if you want a short-term quiet study area separate from Epi Student Commons. It has 5 workstations in it that are available on a first-come basis.
